Security Architecture

Security is
our foundation.

Built with security-first principles on Cloudflare edge infrastructure. Your data, your models, and your API keys are protected at every layer of the architecture.

How we protect you

Security at every layer.

Encryption at rest

Organization metadata and API key metadata are securely isolated in cloud-native relational databases with high-availability encryption.

Encryption in transit

All incoming inference traffic to api.infyrence.com is strictly enforced over TLS 1.3, guaranteeing encrypted data streams from your clients to our Bifrost gateway.

Infrastructure security

Our routing layer is deployed natively on Cloudflare Workers, inheriting absolute isolation at the edge and enterprise-grade DDoS protection across 300+ global data centers.

Immutable Ledgers

Every logged execution tracks strictly non-sensitive telemetry (token count, latency, and status codes). Textual prompt contents are never persisted or cached.

Access controls

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) managed entirely inside your organization dashboard. Provision distinct API keys with FULL_ACCESS or READ_ONLY scopes.

Incident response

Automated edge monitoring alerts our core engineering team instantly in case of routing anomalies or upstream provider downtime.

Common questions

Security FAQ.

Is my API data used for model training?

Absolutely not. Infyrence passes text payloads transparently to downstream endpoints. Furthermore, enterprise models used via Google Cloud API guarantee your data is never retained or utilized for foundation model training.

Where is my data stored?

Your active prompt data is never stored anywhere. Your non-sensitive analytics metadata (token metrics and response latency) is securely persisted in globally distributed database clusters.

How do you handle API key storage security?

API keys generated for your projects are irreversibly hashed using SHA-256 before writing to our database. Infyrence never maintains your raw secrets in plaintext; they can only be read once upon creation by the builder.

How does the Bifrost routing engine protect payloads?

Bifrost acts as a stateless, lightweight edge proxy built on Hono. It processes requests inside highly secure runtime isolates, ensuring zero cross-tenant contamination or data leakage.
